The main thrust is to create a pool of waiters around the world who are excellent at their jobs and in turn make the coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar or cocktail experience better.

The waiters who perform will hopefully retain their gig and be rewarded for adding value to the establishment and the experience.

A waiter plays a key role in determining your experience and unfortunately some are not up to standard and you as a patron should be able to tell him/her via TableMob that he/she should improve their level of service.
